Luoyang keyun nonferrous metals factory, located in Luoyang city, Henan provice in china, is a specialist producing nonferrous metals materials such as molybdenum, tungsten and their products. It has developed and produced four major series and more than 20 kinds of products now: Molybdenum series (molybdenum powder, high pure molybdenum trioxide, molybdenum bar, molybdenum stretch/sheet, molybdenum plate, molybdenum rod, molybdenum special type parts, molybdenum wire,etc); Molybdenum electrode and the serial products of water-cool jacket (molybdenum rod electrode , molybdenum plate electrode); Tungsten series (tungsten powder, tungsten bar, tungsten forging rod, tungsten plate, tungsten sheet,tungsten wire); Serial products of alloy (TZM, molybdenum products containing La, molybdenum mandrels, molybdenum & tungsten alloy,tungsten copper alloy, tungsten heavy alloy) .
Our factory has equipment for making hydrogen, the reducing furnace, 500 tons hydraulic machine, 550mm hot mill, cold mill, 6000 tons cold isostatic press, intermediate frequency induction furnace, high or low temperature fritting furnace, forging equipment and accurate processing equipment, and forms one whole production line from producing powder to molybdenum bar, molybdenum stretch/sheet, molybdenum electrode and alloy etc, which controlls product quality, so product quality is total up to national standard. Our factory owns high precise checkout equipment, for example, grating spectrograph, examine little photometer, spectrum projector, fisher grain size finder, harmless flaw detector, etc, which offers reliable assurance for producing perfect products.
