QUANZHOU EVERSAFE NON-WOVEN PRODUCTS CO. LTD is a manufacturer specializes in producing Non-Woven Single Use Disposable products mainly for use in Healthcare, Industrial & Household. Our company is wholly owned by TA YI SENDIRIAN BERHAD which is based in Malaysia and we have many years of experience in manufacturing various kinds of non-woven single use disposable products such as Face Mask, Bouffant Cap, Surgical Cap, Shoe Cover, Isolation Gown, Coverall and so on. Our company is export orientated and most of our finished products are well marketed internationally. Besides direct marketing, we are also undertaking contract manufacturing for some of our reputable clientele.
In view of a growing demand of medical disposable in recent years and opportunities of saving overall costs of manufacturing our products in Mainland China, our Malaysia parent company has taken the initiative by setting up a new production plant named QUANZHOU EVERSAFE NON-WOVEN PRODUCTS CO. LTD. Our plant is located in Quanzhou city of Fujian province and it covers the area of 10,000 sqm with more than 100 staff members at present. With many years of experience in manufacturing of disposable medical products in Malaysia and utillze innovative technology & latest manufacturing techniques coupled with implementation of quality management programs,our main objective is to provide consistent premium quality products at the most competitive prices and reliable service to best suit customers needs.
So far, our mask annual production capacity has gradually increased to more than 180 million pieces, and most of these finished products are for export to overseas markets. It is the policy of our company to continually add on new products based on customer’s demand or customised to customer’s requirements. Currently, we are exporting our medical disposable to some Southeast Asia countries, Europe and U.S.A and are continuously looking to expand our market niche to the rest of the world.
