Baoding Baoyuan New Plastic Packing Material Co., Ltd, a subsidiary of Hebei Baoshuo Co.,Ltd, is a joint venture company with a registered capital of RMB 96million yuan. The company has an annual output of 12000 tons of multilayer co-extrusion Polyolefin shrinkable films.
The company introduced advanced production line from POLYTECH, Italy, with automatic feeding system and automatic control system for the film thickness, thus guaranteed the excellent performance of the products, making the company the lead of domestic manufacturers. Since it has been put into operation in 2001, the company has occupied a large domestic market share and also has exported to many countries and regions, such as USA, Canada, Brazil, Korea and Middle East countries, received a warm welcome world wide for its good reputation and fine quality products.
POF C-3 shrink film is a new packing material of world-level developed in Italy in the 90’s. Mixture of LLDPE and polypropylene is extruded from three extruders and through specific processes like die mould and bubble inflation and then get the final products. Our products have features of environmental-friendliness, no-poison, high transparency, high shrinkage rate, fine sealing performance, perfect gloss, strong tearing strength, fine heat shrink uniformity, suitable for full automatic packing It is the best substitute for traditional PVC products and widely used as the packages of foodstuff, medicine, drinks, wines, electrical and electronic appliance, toys and daily products. Especially its outstanding property of shrink makes it the first choice of heat shrink package.
Three-layer co-extrusion PE line is introduced the most advanced Battenfeld USA equipment, it can gauge measured on-line and slit on-line. The materials used LLDPE from international famous company ---DOW Chemical Company. The silage film using PIB sticky liquid injection system; the stretch film has the following features: excellent stretch performance, high transparence, good puncture-resistance and self-stick; also anti-moist, anti-dust, reduce labor, increase efficiency and save cost. It can wrap both by hand and machine. The largest width is 2400mm and thickness between 15µ-50µ.
