Products we deal in:
We manufacture Water based URANUSS Rust Converter Primer. Its the only product that STOPS and PREVENTS the process of RUSTING of a metal for a minimum period of 5 years.
It converts the existing rust into a magnetite, which is passive in nature, and forms a tight film on the metal which acts as an immpermeable barrier between the metal surface and the atmosphere. It also gives cathodic protection.
It undergoes a CHEMICAL Bonding with the metal unlike other conventional products like Red Oxide, Zinc Chromate , Zinc Silicate, etc. which undergoes PHYSICAL Bonding.
It can be applied on both new as well as rusted metal.
Our Rust Converter Primer has a neutral pH value.
Therefore it is Non-Toxic, Non-flammable and Weldable with a long shelf-life.
It is a single pack system which has a very good compatibility with any top coat paint.
No surface preparation like sand blasting/ shot blasting is required. Just remove the loose rusts by wire brush.
Rebars coated with Uranuss Rust Converter is protected from corrosion for lifetime.
It provides strength and life to the metal.
Touch dry in 20 minutes and hard dry in 60 minutes.
It comes in 3 grades MARINE, INDUSTRIAL, CONSTRUCTION.
The coverage you get per kg is 250 sq ft per coat on flat surface (new).
Cost wise it is equivalent to Red Oxide Primer but Quality wise it is effective double that of Epoxy/ Zinc Silicate-Chromate.
