Description | tpo-500 installation processes unbroken automobile tyres as well as minor waste of technical rubber products added by plastic mass waste. it is made as modules mounted on cargo semi-trailer chasie. the basis of the technology is the method of vapour and thermal decomposition of rubber. the basic advantage of the technology is a possibility to gain more liquid products in comparison with rubber crumb that is a liquid nitrogen fraction (analogy of the blend of oil fuels close to the fuel for boiler houses, output of a ton of the waste – 45%), powder-like carbon filler (analogy of the technical carbon usable in technical rubber blends of different designation: metallurgy, production of paintwork and building materials, output of a ton of the waste – from 35 to 50%), heating briquettes.
